Terms and Conditions
1. Warranty – Any works completed by Domestic Bliss Total Solutions and its staff members is fully guaranteed against defects. Any defects in bond cleaning must be communicated to the Manager Lisa McDade within 7 Days of the clean being completed for resolution.
2. Terms – All bond cleans must be paid for in full on the day of the clean. If you are planning to pay by direct deposit cleared funds must be in the bank account by the day of the clean with the address as reference.
3. Cash payments – will be issued a cash receipt with a tax invoice to follow.
4. Credit Card payments – please contact 0432 018 558 to make your payment. A 1.5% fee will apply.

6. Tax Invoices are issued for the quoted amount 5-7 working days after the clean.
7. Regular Cleaning – each clean must be paid within 7 days. Failure to pay on time will result in your service being suspended.
8. All regular cleans must provide credit card details for prompt payment. Your card will be debited after each clean.
9. Credit Application – All clients on account must complete a DOMESTIC BLISS CREDIT APPLICATION and this should be returned to the office by mail or email before any cleaning work can commence.
10. Telephone Quotes – Telephone quotes should only be taken as a general indication of price. Domestic Bliss reserve the right to increase the quoted amount, in negotiation with the client, should the property present in a severely soiled state or have additional rooms/areas to clean.
11. We reserve the right to cancel without notice any clean where the premises present an unfit/unsafe working environment for staff. Domestic Bliss complies with all WHS policies and guidelines for the cleaning industry.
12. EXIT CLEAN CANCELLATION POLICY – 25% of the service price may be charged for any cleans not cancelled within 24hrs of the clean book date. Should a bond crew arrive at premises and the job is not required a cancellation fee equal to the 2hr per person wage penalty will be applied.
13. HOME CLEAN CANCELLATION POLICY – We reserve the right to charge in full for all cleans under 3 hrs if not cancelled within 24hrs of the normal scheduled date.
